אם יש לך זכאות להתאמה של 'ציון עובר', ניתן כעת לממש אותה במסך 'רשימת ציונים' באינ-בר:
ליד כל קורס שאותו עברת בהצלחה בתשפ"ד (למעט סמינריון, תזה או קורס בו נדרש ציון מספרי כתנאי לרישוי מקצועי), יופיע לחצן 'הגשת בקשה', דרכו ניתן להמיר ציון מספרי לציון עובר.
ניתן לבחור ציון עובר בהתאם לכמות הקורסים המופיעה במסך התאמות אפוד אקדמי באינ-בר.
חשוב!
- לא ניתן לבטל בקשה שהוגשה או להחליף אותה בקורס אחר
- מומלץ להמתין לכל הציונים ורק אז לבקש ציון עובר
- קורסים עם ציון עובר לא ייכנסו לממוצע הכללי, ולא יילקחו בחשבון בקביעת הזכאות להצטיינות בסיום תואר ולהצטיינות דקן ורקטור
- אם מספר הקורסים המגיעים לך על פי מתווה אפוד אקדמי, גבוה מהמופיע באינ-בר, עליך לשלוח אישור מילואים עדכני למדור סטטוס/ביה"ס ללימודים מתקדמים
- ניתן יהיה לממש את הזכאות שיש לך ב'ציון עובר' גם על קורסים שיילמדו בתשפ"ה

Eligible for a ‘pass-only’ grade adjustment in your Academic Vest?
From now on you can select your ‘pass’ grades from inside your ‘Grades list’.
***First change the year to 2024 in the upper part of the In-Bar menu, then continue...
If you are eligible for ’pass-only’ grade adjustments, you can now apply them within your ‘Grades list’.
Alongside each course you have passed in 2023-24 (other than a seminar course, thesis or any other course requiring a numerical grade as a condition for obtaining a professional license), is a button labeled ‘Request submission’, through which you can convert a numerical grade to a ‘pass-only’ grade.
You may choose a ‘pass-only’ grade for as many courses as are indicated for you in In-Bar under Academic Vest adjustments.
Keep in mind:
- You will not be able to cancel a ‘pass-only’ request nor reapply it to a different course
- We recommend you wait until all your grades are in before submitting ‘pass-only’ requests
- Courses with a ‘pass-only’ grade are not included in your overall grade point average and are not taken into consideration when determining eligibility for honors when issuing your diploma or for Dean’s List/Rector’s list honor rolls
- If the number of courses you are eligible for per the Academic Vest plan is higher than what is indicated in In-Bar, send your most recent proof of reserve duty to the Status Office / School of Graduate Studies
- ‘pass-only’ grade adjustments may also be applied to courses you take in 2024-25
