If you are experiencing difficulty in your studies, emotional challenges, time management issues, organization difficulties, lack of motivation, or if you need personal empowerment, we suggest you participate in a series of 10 sessions of cognitive-behavioral coaching.

What is cognitive-behavioral coaching? It is a process that allows the development of effective self-management skills, emotional intelligence, personal empowerment, and coping with difficulties and stressors. Please note that coaching is not a substitute for psychological therapy.
